Export-Import Bank of Korea will provide a US$510 million loan for a thermal power plant project in Vietnam.
This will finance Hyundai Engineering and Construction Co. (Hyundai E&C) in building the power plant.
The group secured a $1.27 billion contract, to build two 500-megawatt coal-fired power plants in September last year.
