SPCG Plc announced its completion of 30 megawatts of sun-powered capacity.
Four projects of 7.46 megawatts each were finished this month and will start commercial operations on Jan 31, said CEO Wandee Khunchornyakong.
The farms have signed contracts to sell their power to the Provincial Electricity Authority of Thailand, according to the statement.
They will receive a 10-year subsidy of eight baht (25 cents) per kilowatt-hour, CEO Wandee said.
