2017 Asian Power Utility Forum pops the champagne on successful Manila leg
Over 50 company representatives flocked to the event.
When EPIRA was passed in 2001, the Philippines had a different market. Does the current market environment provide enough incentive to ensure long-term supply? This is among the sectoral topics discussed in the Manila leg of the 2017 Asian Power Utility Forum held in Makati Shangri-la in February 14.
Speakers were Cynthia Hernandez, principal advisor at KPMG and Dave Maslin, country manager at Owl Energy. Both analysts were joined in a panel discussion by Janssen dela Cruz, AVP for business development at Global Business Power Corp. The panel discussion was moderated by publisher Tim Charlton.
Over 50 key representatives from both the private and public sectors came to the event to network and gain insights.
The Asian Power Utility Forum will be heading to Jakarta, Indonesia on 4 April 2017 for the second leg. For more details on the event, please click here.
