Philippines' Alsons expects income boost from power projects

Alsons estimates a 2012 net income or around P567.2 million.

This is about 24.4% more than both its P456-million “budgeted net income” for that year and 2011's actual P455.9 million.

The group attributes its increased net income from it ongoing power projects.

Besides power generation, its main earner, ACR also has units engaged in real property development, services, as well as agribusiness and aquaculture.
