Napocor opens bidding for Romblon genset

The Philippines' National Power Corp. has opened the bidding for the lease of 2.3-megawatt, continuous output modular diesel generating sets for the Tablas diesel power plant in Romblon.

The approved budget for the contract is P14 million with a lease duration of six months minimum and 12 months maximum period, according to the Napocor.

“Bidders should have completed, within 15 years from the date of submission and receipts of bids, a contract similar to the project,” it added.

Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens, sole proprietorships, partnerships or organizations.

Napocor said bidding documents may be purchased at a non-refundable fee of P10,000.

All bids must be delivered on or before June 25, with bid opening scheduled on June 25.
