Zen-Noh and Mitsubishi Corp. will jointly enter the solar power generation business.
The two groups intend install solar panels on roofs of farm facilities across Japan.
They plan to sell all the power produced by the panels under the feed-in tariff program launched July 1, which forces power companies to purchase all electricity generated from renewable energy sources.
