Michael Joseph
Michael has over 25 years of career involvement in the power industry in combined cycle plant operations in Malaysia, and since then has progressed through engineering, sales, and management positions in Malaysia and in Europe, most recently in Business Development and Sales for Long Term Service Agreements including O&M Contracts in Kuala Lumpur. Prior to that he also worked in power plant performance monitoring, developing improvements in diagnostics followed by Integrated Power Plant Lifecycle Management to give Owners a greater insight of their assets. He is also an active Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) and held various leadership positions.
Currently he is the Sales Director for SEA and GCC at SS&A Power Consultancy AG.

Michelle Chaewon Kim
Michelle Chaewon Kim is an Energy Finance Specialist, South Korea at IEEFA. Over the past 15 years, she has worked across various energy and commodity sectors in Singapore and South Korea.
Before her tenure at IEEFA, Michelle spent more than 11 years at S&P Global Commodity Insights and IHS Markit in Singapore, where she served as a senior market analyst, focusing on Oil, LNG, and Petrochemicals. She also held positions at Ernst & Young's Energy M&A Advisory team in Korea as an assistant director and at Korea Economic Daily as a business reporter.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Yonsei University in Seoul, South Korea, and a Master of Science in International Business from the University of Birmingham in the United Kingdom.

Mike Thomas, is a founding partner at The Lantau Group with 30 years of consulting experience, focussing mainly on the energy sector. Prior to co-founding TLG, Mr Thomas headed the Asia Pacific consulting operations of Charles River Associates, leading a group focussing on energy, environment and regulated industries generally.
Ming Hui Zhang, Valerie Choy and Dr. Kelvin Tan
Ming Hui Zhang is Consultant at DNV Clean Technology Centre (Singapore). He deals mainly with early project technical analysis, energy studies and Project PM in the renewable division of DNV.
Valerie Choy is also Consultant at DNV Clean Technology Centre (Singapore). She specializes in Enterprise Risk Management, particularly for the LNG and power segments at DNV.
Dr. Kelvin Tan is the Senior Consultant/ Head of Section at DNV Clean Technology Centre (Singapore). He is actively involved in research in the wind / solar renewable energy field, inverter control technique, passive/active/hybrid filter, remote area power supply (RAPS) system, power quality and harmonic mitigation technique.
Muhamad Reza, PhD
Muhamad Reza has over 20 years of experience in power engineering. Currently representative partner to Solvina International Sweden for South East Asian region, he is based in Jakarta. Prior to coming back to his native country in Indonesia in 2016, he spent 10 years with ABB Sweden in Västerås, from 2006 to 2016, as research scientist, R&D project leader, Wind Technology Team Leader at ABB Corporate Research from 2006 to 2012 and as System Design Study Group Manager at ABB Power Systems FACTS from 2012 to 2016. Reza lived and studied in the Netherlands from 1998 to 2006 where he obtained his M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Power Engineering from Delft University of Technology. He holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology, Indonesia.
